Goal: Lose 15 Pounds

I’ve been binging the past few days. I have just realized that I eat too much when I do a lot of things. I am going to be a bridesmaid at a wedding at the end of February. THIS! IS! NOT! GOOD!

I have to lose at least 10 pounds before the wedding, and 5 more after it. Hmmm….

Suggestions?

  1. hi ri! as per experience, it’s easy to loose weight through crash dieting, but not good. you can’t maintain it. the best pa rin ang exercise and balanced diet. mahirap case mo. why not see na lang what you can loose by that time and not force yourself? 🙂

  2. Well, I would agree with Catet to do some exercise and maintain a balanced diet. Also maybe you should pass some Resto Raids by the Suspects for the meantime 😀
