Friday Afternoon at the Davao Crocodile Park

Thursday, Kuya Andrew asked for ideas where he could take his friend Shawie the following day. Shawie was flying in to Davao City from Manila, for a wedding. I suggested we go to Eden Nature Park and try out their zip line.

Friday afternoon, we went to the ticketing office and found out that 4 pm was too late to go to the park to enjoy the zip line. So we decided to go to the Davao Crocodile Park instead. And we weren’t disappointed. Shawie enjoyed looking, interacting with, and taking pictures with all the animals. Kuya Andrew and I, on the other hand, were freaked out and were content just taking photos from a comfortable distance.

It was a fun-filled afternoon that I thoroughly enjoyed. I loved the Bengal Tigers. I hate cats, and I am afraid of tigers and lions. But the Bengal Tigers were so cute!!! During the animal encounter, the female host was sooo annoying. Not only did she mispronounce every other word, she did enunciate anything clearly. GRAWRRR!
