It was another tiring day as Kuya Andrew and I attended the second (and final day) of our Bread Making Class in CACS Davao. This time we had an easier time baking and finished earlier but it was still very stressful.
Kuya baked Blueberry Bread and Whole Wheat Pan de Sal. I baked Walnut Loaf and Cuban Bread. Other breads that were baked were Olive Bread, Fig Bread, and Potato Bread. Chef Jun jun made dip which was perfect with the breads. YUM!
I’ll post the photos taken by Kuya and more info about this experience in the coming days. 😀
Ohkay, inggit. I’ve always wanted to bake and attend a cooking class, but time and money always restrain me from doing so. I did bake one time, when I was in grade school. But I’d rather not talk about how it turned out, hehe.
Will be looking forward to those bread pics.
Blueberry bread sounds gorgeous!
@Shari, it was a very tiring but fun, fun, fun learning experience. 😀 Kuya’s mom paid for the lessons, hehe…
@Emeraldskies, it was gorgeous and yummmmmy!
