  1. Are you sure you want to be known as “bitchy”? The word “bitchy” today is gradually losing its “glorified and elevated meaning” since most women today wants to acquire a self-worth by taking “rudeness” and “arrogance” a notch higher than any period in our lifetime. Today , most people have now realized that being a bitch is “not ideal” as a personal value because people today stretched the meaning too much to a certain extent that it gives them the license or privilege to be rude and arrogant to “get what they want whatever the cost”.
And about correcting English pronunciation…pronunciation in the English language is not at all accurate in all times and in all settings. The way you pronounce a certain word today in that particular social setting doesn’t mean that it’s the right pronunciation in another social setting. For example, if you say the word “bank” in the Filipino setting, it’s pronounced as “bunk” —with the short “a”. If you’re in the US, your pronunciation of that word will be corrected and you have to say “bah–nk ” like the long “a”. And in the UK, you have to modify your pronunciation of that word. So, I guess it ‘s not good to correct pronunciation of the English language among Filipinos in a Filipino cultural or social setting.
