Just Woke Up

I'm still here at my cousin's house. We finished working at around 4 am, but I wasn't able to sleep til about 8 am. I woke up at 2 pm to cellphones that are overflowing with messages of bored people asking me what I'm doing. Haha!!! Here's a picture of me a few minutes after waking up... Sabog ba??? HAHA!!!

Something to Ponder On…

Here are some passages from Rene Lizada's column Papa's Table, entitled "Greater Things" published March 28, 2007 in Sun Star Davao: Only insecure parents demand total submission from their children. Unfortunately there are too many parents out there who have an iron fist when it comes to their children. Strange but true they treat their friends better than they treat their family.... As parents we can only step aside and let our children take their lives in their hands. Free from demands and judgments, free from biases and selfishness. We cannot chain our children with our lost dreams for they have their own tomorrows to build. We cannot limit our children to what we want for they know what their hearts wish for. We cannot hold on to our children because they are not ours. And, even if we have to let go, we do so with a silent prayer that all will be well and true for them. Because they will see greater things and do greater things. If we are true, they will be greater than us and that will be our reward. And, legacy.

Lewis Hamilton is a God… almost!

Ok so I forgot to watch the Sepang GP earlier today. I almost fell off my seat when I read that Fernando Alonso won the GP followed by the Lewis Hamilton. So it's a 1-2 finish for McLaren. WOW! WOW! WOW!!! As for the Kimi and Ferrari... better luck next time boy! Don't worry, you're still cuter. And Ferrari is still, well... Ferrari. HAHA!

Easter Sunday

Last night, my cousins and I played DoTA. Before we went home, we went to a cafe to eat. On our way home, we saw droves (as in many, many, many) people walking. Apparently, they were going to church early for the "Salubong" dramatization in time for Easter Sunday. When I arrived home, I was texting with some friends. I slept at around 6 am. I woke up at around 4 pm. I watched TV, and ate dinner. Then... boredom set in. I decided to work, albeit offline. I managed to accomplish quite a lot. I finally finished the very late budget for my school organization. And, I am halfway through the Marketing Kit for APEX. While working, I watched a Tagalog romance movie, Project Runway Season 3, and America's Next Top Model Cycle 6. All the while, I was texting with some friends. A multi-tasker, that's me. I wonder who won PR and ANTM. Mahanap nga... My bet for PR is Michael Knight. And for ANTM is none yet.... Then, I prepared to go out. Kuya Andrew and I are now at the Yellow Hauz again, getting free WiFi. I'm currently blogging. DUH! And basically just surfing around. Boringggg....…
