Another day, another slay. Starting a new series of video diaries. This time, on Youtube. Starting off with a busy day of work and cafe hopping around Davao.
Work
Officially saying it here for the first time. I am currently working at Three Yards as their Marketing Manager. This is why you will see a lot of it on my blogs, videos, stories, and other posts. A lot of exciting events ahead.
It is not a full-time job so I will still be doing content and other freelance things.
To know more about Three Yards, visit the Three Yards Website.
Recuerdo Filipino Cuisine
Next, we had early dinner at Recuerdo Filipino Cuisine.

We love the Pancit Molo and Chicken Inasal Skewers that we tried. And we would probably be eating more here in the coming days.
More info: Recuerdo Filipino Cuisine
Recuerdo is located at Molave corner Mangga Street in Juna Subdivision.
Cafe Hopping
After dinner, we still had stuff to discuss so we went cafe hopping.

Cafe Sola
Next, we went to Cafe Sola. Initially, we just wanted to try Cafe Sola. But they did not have any matcha or chocolate drinks for Kuya Andrew.
Their Iced Spanish Latte was good and had a good blend of coffee and sweetened milk but I had to mix everything properly first before I got to taste it properly. It was a bit of a struggle because it had a good amount of ice and the glass was full to the brim. After a few sips, I was able to mix properly.
After I finished my Iced Spanish Latte, we changed location.
Wakeful Coffee
Next and final stop of the night was Wakeful Coffee.

Wakeful is known as the “introvert’s cafe” in Davao because their ordering and service process do not require diners to talk to or directly interact with the servers.
I tried the Wakeful Signature. It was just ok. But we loved their Biscoff Croffle. The croffle itself was crispy and not greasy. There was just the right amount of Biscoff, cream, and cookie crumble on top.
More info: Davao Cafes
Cafe Sola is located along Maa Road in Maa and Wakeful Coffee is located along Palma Gil Street in Obrero.
Do you have suggestions or recommendations for us? We would love to try new things, discover underrated food spots. And taste unique dishes.
