I’m not exactly the biggest technophile chick. I am big (LOL!) but I don’t know a lot of the technical (aka nosebleed) aspects of gadgets and technology. But when I saw a multi-touch screen on a television show I wanted one. LIKE RIGHT AWAY!

So I was happy, happy, happy when I heard from Asus Ph announced that this will be available in the Philippines SOON:

It’s the Asus Eee PC T101 Multi-Touch. AMAAAAZING?! Right?! Who else wants one?

Rico aka Mr Technogra already had a good look at one of Asus’ Eee Pads. Here are the specs and some photos and Rico’s hands on experience.

According to Rico, the Asus Eee PC T101MT that I am coveting will have three storage options: 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB and will run with a 512 MB DDR2 RAM. It will have a 0.3 megapixels web camera, stereo speakers, and is WiFi ready. These were the specs of the prototypes and it was projected to be sold for $399.

Asus Ph‘s suggested retail price for the Asus Eee PC T101 Multi-Touch is PhP26,900. I’m hoping that means the actual specifications of the Asus Eee PC T101 Multi-Touch will be better than the prototype. Maybe a better RAM?

Oh, yes. You read that right people. This baby will be in local stores SOON! Trust me on this one. 😉
