Today is officially National Ria Jose Day!!! (WOOT)

It’s my 27th birthday and it’s been a happy one so far. Even before 12 midnight, people already started greeting me via Plurk and Twitter. And at around 12, Gwing and Kuya Andrew both sent me birthday greetings via SMS. And the greetings and well wishes haven’t stopped pouring in via Plurk, Twitter, Facebook, and SMS. 🙂 Thank you to everybody who greeted me.

The day started with a breakfast of corned beef (my favorite) and Pepper Jack Cheese in pan de sal sandwich. I then proceeded to go online and rest for a while. I just finished eating lunch. As a birthday treat Mommy let me eat half a scoop of ice cream even if I’m forbidden to eat it as I haven’t fully recovered from my sore throat. 😛

Figaro’s Tomato Con Al Tonno, Jose Raphael’s Jasmine Tea, and Jose Raphael’s Choco Chip Jaffle

Kuya Andrew and I went out to have coffee. We ended up at Figaro where he ate pizza and I ate Tomato Con Al Tonno pasta. YUUUUM! Kuya gave me his pasalubong/birthday gift from Singapore. He also gave me gifts from Ate Aileen, and from Hana and Markku. We then went north where we tried out the Jose Raphael Coffee. I just had Jasmine Tea while he ate yummy choco chip waffles. 🙁

For dinner, my paternal relatives and I had Chinese dinner at Emerald Chinese Resto. The highlight of the dinner for me was the fresh shrimps. NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM! 🙂

I hope this day will just be the beginning of a great 27th year on earth. I am wishing for happiness, contentment, peace of mind, health, more loving people around me, and that all-elusive guy who will make me even happier. 🙂
