A Whole New World

After I attended a two-day bread making class at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies, I found acquired an appreciation for chefs, and their work. I especially admired Chef Jun-jun who generously and most patiently shared his knowledge with baking newbies me and Kuya Andrew. That is why I am happy to see him now... online... as a blogger! Chef Jun-jun de Guzman, a teacher at the CACS now has his very own blog entitled Chefie's World. While he already has columns in a daily and some food magazines, Chef Jun-jun has always been interested in blogging. Through Chefie's World, Chef Jun-jun would like to share some tidbits about himself, personal experiences with food, in the kitchen, and around the world. He is also ready to take your culinary questions and inquiries. And explore the art and science behind cooking and baking.
