This is Why I Have a Personal Blog

A lot of people ask why I even bother with a personal blog when I have all those other niche blogs. Click to know my answer... MWAHAHAHAHAHA! :P Seriously though... I have a personal blog because it is my outlet for everything, my happiness, my sadness, my excitement, my angst, my favorite things, my pet peeves, the people I love, and those I hate. It's like having a counselor, only it doesn't tell me to do things. I also serves as my virtual album and memory bank. Whenever I browse through my archives, I am amazed at the things I wrote, the events in my life, I emotions I felt, and the people I met along the way. I also reminds me of my mistakes, and the lessons I've learned. So why do I have a personal blog? Because I want to, and there's nothing you can do about it. :P

Challenge: Audition!

For the longest time, I have wanted to be part of an Indie film. Ok so, once upon a time, I did want to be an actress. LOL! So anyway, I figured being in an Indie film would fulfill my dream of being an actress while not really putting myself out there in the open to be criticized and all. So when I say the Open Casting Call for a Visayan Indie Film in Multiply, I was very ecstatic. I was dismayed, however, upon learning that they needed males and gays for all the part. AMF! Then again I saw this role... ALLYSON Transvestite, 25-28 years old (he is 33 years old in the film but should look younger than his age), with boobs Before you start wondering... I am not a transvestite. But I am 25 years old and *ehem*I DO HAVE BOOBIES!*ehem* So, yeah, on February 22, 2008, I am going to audition for "The 'Thank You' Girls." I am not proud to say that I have been pestering Yam about it. I don't know him personally, but that didn't stop me from texting him, inquiring about the film and all that stuff. :D My guy friends told…

Accomplished: Be Creative

The following is my entry to the TaleCraft Fantasy Valentine Contest. Bella's Big Day Bella was trudging along the alley. She was contemplating on what she was going to wear to work the next day. The Big Boss from Manila was arriving and they all had to make a good impression. Otherwise, Big Boss would maybe think of closing down their office. Bella was a receptionist. When Bella arrived home, she was too tired to eat, so she watched some television shows, drank a glass of milk, and slept. She received a call but didn't answer it. It was Troy, the geeky IT guy in the office. He was obviously madly in love with her. At least once a day, when she would take her break, Troy would put something on her desk. Sometimes it would be a flower, other times, something to snack on. But he never approached Bella. He would send her SMS, call her on the phone, but he never talked to her. Initially, Bella thought he was kinda cute, and endearing. But he started getting pesky and annoying. Bella slept with thoughts of how annoying Troy is. The next day, Bella woke up very early. She…
