For the longest time, I have wanted to be part of an Indie film. Ok so, once upon a time, I did want to be an actress. LOL! So anyway, I figured being in an Indie film would fulfill my dream of being an actress while not really putting myself out there in the open to be criticized and all.

So when I say the Open Casting Call for a Visayan Indie Film in Multiply, I was very ecstatic. I was dismayed, however, upon learning that they needed males and gays for all the part. AMF! Then again I saw this role…

ALLYSON
Transvestite, 25-28 years old (he is 33 years old in the film but should look younger than his age), with boobs

Before you start wondering… I am not a transvestite. But I am 25 years old and *ehem*I DO HAVE BOOBIES!*ehem*

So, yeah, on February 22, 2008, I am going to audition for “The ‘Thank You’ Girls.” I am not proud to say that I have been pestering Yam about it. I don’t know him personally, but that didn’t stop me from texting him, inquiring about the film and all that stuff. 😀

My guy friends told me though that my hands aren’t big enough for me to pretend I’m a transvestite. But that won’t stop me. LOL!

This challenge has multiple parts for me because:

1. I am not a man, gay, or a transvestite.
2. I have never acted on camera.
3. I do not speak Bisaya/Visayan fluently.
