During the Davao Bloggers' meet-up with the Davao Association of Tour Operators (DATO), one of the questions raised by the tour operators is how effective blogs are in terms of being found on the internet. Here's how effective it is... A few days ago, Joe Ala, a Davaoeño now based in Japan, sent me a message via YM. He was thanking me because he was able to contact Alex Divinagracia because of my blog. Joe used to work in the same industry with Alex but he is now working as an EFL teacher in Japan. He was able to chat with Alex because I posted Alex's contact information in my post about the meet-up. There you go... blogs are really effective in terms of posting information and other relevant data that you want to be found when somebody is searching for it online. I Got Tired
I'm still happy with the boyfriend but I wasn't happy with who I was becoming. For two days I acted like the crazy, jealous, possessive, paranoid girlfriend. And it was not a pretty sight. And it was tiring. Good thing I realized it before it's too late. Buti na lang the boyfriend is understanding. He got pissed off but did match my ire. AHAHA! Good dog my boyfriend is. I am now back to being me... happy, trusting, and understanding. Kanya-kanyang buhay kami pero still together.
It's Not Easy
... to be in a relationship. You do things you thought you'd never do. You become a person you vowed you'd never be. Today, I am making a choice to return back to who I was before I entered this relationship. Kakapagod to care too much, to expect, to always ask questions.
It's a Long Distance Relationship
The other night, the boyfriend became emotional and asked me what will happen if he is unable to come to Davao City. You see he lives in Manila, while I live here in Davao City. We've never seen each other. Our relationship developed over YM, SMS, and phone calls. Right now, it really does not matter much to me if we see each other. I guess this long distance thing is working for me since I've never had any other kind of relationship anyway. But I think problems will crop up eventually. We'll see...
