Tired… Stressed… ARGH!

I slept at around 3 am early today. I woke up at 11 am. I usually sleep for only 5 hours each night. Last night, I slept for approximately 8 hours. But instead of feeling energized, I woke up feeling tired and a bit down. Could it be the tons of work, problems, and very tight schedule I have? Probably… RAWRRR!!!
